I made this film with my 6 year old son, to show the struggles children will be facing during lockdown when a parent is drinking too much. They no longer have the daily routine and escape of school, and because of how stressful this time has been many parents will be drinking considerably more.

I think back to my own childhood, and know that my own mum would not have coped well if COVID-19 had happened back then, and the huge impact it would have had on me,

I wanted to share this in the hope that children will see it and take that first step by calling Nacoa (National association for children of alcoholics) for support'.
